Professional Membership gives you access to the full Simplicity of Mastery learning programme, including the online training materials, live tutorials each month, and the opportunity to apply the work with real clients.
Coaches join from ICF, EMCC and other recognised credentialing bodies to develop the listening, thinking and energy capabilities that take coaching beyond the basic MCC credential.
Level 3 Cohort Programme
Structured training with observed coaching, mentor support and detailed feedback.
Best for: PCC coaches with an active practice who expect to apply for MCC within 18 months.
The Level 3 Cohort is a structured four-month programme aligned with ICF Level 3 requirements. You receive observed coaching, detailed feedback and six months of Professional Membership tutorial participation to support implementation and preparation for the MCC assessment.
Applicants must be current PCC credential holders to use the training hours for an MCC application.

Then you, as their coach, can help them with how to make those changes. You will learn these frameworks and how to apply them in coaching your clients. THE THREE LAWS OF COACHING™
Underlying this work is Tony Latimer's Three Laws of Coaching™. A simple set of principles that define what coaching as a mode of communication actually is. Inspired by the clarity of Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics, they provide a universal reference point for coaching communication and how it differs from other forms of conversation, including managing, advising, mentoring or teaching.
You will learn how to use the Three Laws of Coaching™ as a clear reference point for understanding and evaluating coaching conversations, ensuring everything you do remains fully centred on the client and the outcome they need to achieve.
How the Learning Works
The Simplicity of Mastery programme combines structured learning with real-world coaching practise and direct feedback. The aim is not to just study coaching in theory, but to develop mastery in the moment of real coaching conversations and evolve your own unique style of mastery.

The programme includes structured online learning materials for self-study that introduce the principles and frameworks behind mastery-level coaching. These materials provide the intellectual foundation for the work, allowing you to explore the ideas in your own time and return to them as your skill deepens.
REAL CLIENT APPLICATION
Everything you learn is applied with your own coaching clients. This ensures that the work never becomes theoretical or academic. Each concept is tested in real coaching conversations, allowing you to see directly how it affects the quality and depth of your coaching.
LIVE TUTORIALS
Regular live tutorials provide the opportunity to explore the work in practice. Coaches bring real client situations and questions from their client work, and we explore them together; taking a deep dive into the learning and its application, developing your energetic coaching capability, and undertake guided coaching practice.
OBSERVATION AND FEEDBACK
Mastery develops through application and reflection. This happens live in professional membership tutorials, and in the Level 3 cohort includes observed coaching and detailed feedback on your coaching conversations, helping you refine your practise and prepare for the MCC assessment.

Which level is right for me?
Let me offer some guidance based on my experience and my intention for the programmes. And if you would like to speak to me directly use the appropriate link at the bottom of this section to schedule a call.
FULL CONTACT
If you are a PCC coach you should definitely be in the Full Contact programme.
The coaching hours practice requirement is a big jump from PCC too MCC because the skill jump is equally big. You don't learn to make that shift through a few hours of mentor coaching. The gradual pace of learning and reflective application require a commitment of, on average, one hour a week; and will take 18 months to complete. At the same time, you get immediate access to over 200 hours of Tutorial recordings, so you can dive in to all the learning as you wish, whilst still being guided on a weekly basis.
The single biggest reason that so many coaches have to take the MCC exam multiple times is because they have spent years practising coaching at a PCC level, forming habits that are hard to break.
If you are an MCC coach and want to go beyond "just over the bar" and bring the magic of energy work at the quantum physics level to your coaching, you should be in full contact.
Mastery in coaching is like martial arts. You can get "over the bar" and gain an MCC credential in the same way you can get to Black Belt. Learn and practice the basics until they are second nature.
Then you can start to work on your advanced levels; the higher dans. The level of mastery you achieve is dependant on the degree to which you can bring the use of energy into your coaching.

Foundations is to support coaches in lower cost economies or those for whom MCC credentials are a long way off, or not an intention, yet you do want to bring the power of mastery into your coaching work. Maybe just adding to your skills as a leader or HR professional.
