Personal Coaching
Coaching is helping someone get absolute clarity on where they are NOW; absolute clarity on where they need to be in the FUTURE; and absolute clarity on how to get there.
Stepping into a senior role starts a clock most people never mention. For the first 90 days or so, few people are really looking at how you are getting on. You have perhaps six months before they start to seriously question what they see. That window is your chance to get up to speed and establish yourself before opinions set.
Some people read this as they are about to step in, and want to be ready from the first week. Others are already a few months into the role, far enough to know the job is bigger than the brief, and that the right support would make the difference. Either way, you are still inside the window.
There are also times when a coach is exactly what you need, but the organisation is not the right place to get one. The role may be too new, the politics too delicate, or you may simply want this to be yours, private and outside the system you are working to establish yourself in. When that is the case, you can work with me directly. No sponsorship, no third party, no internal visibility. The coaching is the same. The arrangement is simply more straightforward.
TRANSITION COACHING [QUARTERLY PROGRAMME]
This is the intensive option for your first months in role. It is built to get you up and running fast, while the window is still open and before anyone is questioning what they see. You bring the role and its pressures. I bring a method that has put senior leaders on the front foot for more than twenty years, and the experience to know what matters first.
DURATION AND SCOPE
This three month engagement begins with a kick-off session. This is to ensure you are clear on the purpose and intended outcome of the coaching. The focus and measures of success of the engagement will be agreed at this meeting. Your coaching will consist of up to 8 sessions in the quarter, each lasting typically 60 - 90 minutes.
• 1 Kick-off session to define purpose and outcomes.
• Up to 8 Coaching Sessions per quarter (up to 90 mins duration)
• Email support
• Emergency phone support (as available)
LOCATION: Phone/vc
It is your responsibility to schedule your sessions. I take a limited number of clients at a time. Sessions cannot be carried over beyond the quarter. There is no refund for cancellation of the program. On documented medical grounds the engagement may be paused for a period of time.
FEES
$4,500 USD payable online in advance.

Sometimes the challenge is not you settling into the role, but the change you need to drive through the team beneath you. You are in place, you can see what has to shift, and the work now is leading your people through it. This programme coaches you on exactly that, including how to coach and develop your own team so the change holds. The pace and intensity will vary as the work does, so you set both to suit what is in front of you.

This engagement provides a kick-off session and six (6) coaching sessions; It can continue for up to nine months.Â
