TRANSITION COACHING [QUARTERLY PROGRAM]
When moving into a new senior role, you have about 90 days before anyone questions your performance. This is your window of opportunity to establish yourself. You need an intense coaching program that gets you up and running within the window. And you need a coach with a track record of making this happen.
DURATION AND SCOPE
This three month engagement begins with a kick-off session. This is to ensure you are clear on the purpose and intended outcome of the coaching. The focus and measures of success of the engagement will be agreed at this meeting. Your coaching will consist of up to 8 sessions in the quarter, each lasting typically 60 - 90 minutes.
• 1 Kick-off session to define purpose and outcomes.
• Up to 8 Coaching Sessions per quarter (up to 90 mins duration)
• Email support
• Emergency phone support (as available)
LOCATION: Phone/vc or coaching suite by prior arrangement
It is your responsibility to schedule your sessions. I take a limited number of clients at a time. Sessions cannot be carried over beyond the quarter. There is no refund for cancellation of the program. On documented medical grounds the engagement may be paused for a period of time.

Sometimes you are looking for change for yourself, or your team; but the pace and intensity of change may be variable. A multi-session programme allows you to work at the pace that is right or you, and at the intensity you need.

This engagement provides a kick-off session and up to six (6) coaching sessions; It can continue for up to nine months.
