The Level 3 Cohort
Structured MCC preparation for experienced PCC coaches who are ready to be observed, challenged, and developed by someone who has been doing this at the highest level since 2008.
What This Is
This is not a course. It is a four-month intensive programme built around your actual coaching.
You bring real sessions. You are observed. You receive detailed, direct feedback on what is happening in your coaching conversations — what is working, what is not, and exactly what needs to change. The work is applied immediately with your own clients, so the development shows up where it matters.
The Level 3 Cohort is aligned to ICF Level 3 requirements. The hours earned count toward your MCC application.
Who This Is For
This programme is for you if:
- You hold a current PCC credential with an active coaching practice
- You intend to apply for MCC within the next 18 months
- You are already coaching at a high level and ready for expert eyes on your real sessions
- You want structured preparation, not more theory
This programme is not for coaches who are still building their practice or working toward PCC.
What Is Included
Four-Month Structured Programme
ICF Level 3 aligned. The work focuses on the specific behaviours that distinguish MCC-level coaching from PCC, and on developing them consistently in real coaching conversations. You are not studying for a credential — you are building the coaching that earns one.
Observed Coaching with Detailed Feedback
You bring your coaching sessions. Tony observes and gives specific, direct feedback — what is happening in the conversation, what the impact is on the client's thinking, and precisely what needs to change. This is the core of the programme.
7 Hours Group Mentor Coaching
A small cohort of serious practitioner coaches working toward the same goal. You learn from observing others as well as from your own sessions. Peers at this level are part of the development environment.
3 Hours Individual Mentor Coaching
Direct one-to-one time, focused on your specific coaching patterns and what your sessions reveal about where you are and where you need to get to.
Six Months of Professional Membership Tutorial Access
Included from day one and running for two months after the programme ends. You attend live monthly tutorials throughout — hands-on, practical sessions alongside the cohort work. This connects you to the broader community of credentialed coaches in Simplicity of Mastery throughout your MCC preparation.
Post-Cohort Membership
After your six months of included access, you are welcome to continue as a Professional Member at $100 per month — the cohort alumni rate, compared to the standard $125. Mastery is not a destination. The work of deepening your coaching continues beyond the MCC application, and the Simplicity of Mastery community is where that ongoing development lives. Full Professional Membership gives you access to the complete learning library, hundreds of hours of recorded tutorials, and a community of credentialed coaches who are serious about their practice.
Programme Investment
Level 3 Cohort: USD $6,250
Includes the four-month structured programme, observed coaching with detailed feedback, 7 hours group mentor coaching, 3 hours individual mentor coaching, and six months of Professional Membership tutorial access.
ICF Level 3 Accredited
81 hours coach specific education earned are applicable to your MCC credential application.
Post Cohort Alumni Membership: $100 per month
The standard Professional Membership rate is $125 per month. Coaches who complete the Level 3 Cohort have the option to continue at the alumni rate.
Time Commitment
The Level 3 Cohort is approved for 81 ICF coach-specific education hours over the four months. This comprises a 2.5 hour live session per week (mandatory), plus 2 hours per week of self-study.
The programme is designed for coaches with active practices — the work is applied directly with your own clients, so the development happens inside your real coaching.
Live sessions are scheduled at the start of each cohort to work across participant timezones. Cohort places are limited to keep the group small and the feedback personal.
About Tony Latimer
Tony Latimer has been an ICF Master Certified Coach since 2008 — one of the first coaches globally to earn the MCC through examination. He has spent over 25 years coaching senior executives and leadership teams and has been developing mastery-level coaching skills in professional coaches throughout that time.
This programme reflects what actually happens inside coaching conversations and what consistently produces meaningful change. It is grounded in real coaching behaviour, not theory.
What a World-Leading MCC Mentor Coach Says
"Tony Latimer is one of the most gifted coaching educators I have encountered in my 30 years in this profession. His ability to see precisely what is happening in a coaching conversation — and to communicate that with clarity and directness — is exceptional."
Fran Fisher, MCC — Founding Member, ICF Global Board
Cohort Timing
Cohorts run twice yearly with a limited number of places in each intake. The small cohort size is intentional — it ensures the observation and feedback remains personal and the group dynamic remains focused.
Complete the expression of interest below. Tony reviews every submission personally. You will hear back within 48 hours to arrange a conversation about your goals, your timeline, and whether the next cohort is the right fit for where you are now.
Expression of Interest
Please complete the form below with as much detail as you can. The information you provide helps Tony understand your background, your current practice, and what you are looking to develop. Understanding your context more fully helps me ensure you will get the best experience on the programme. There is no obligation at this stage — this is the beginning of a conversation.
